Amarachi Amadi, the representative of Ikeduru/ Mbaitoli Federal Constituency in Imo State at the House of Representatives, has voiced his support for the state’s governor, Hope Uzodimma, in the upcoming November 11 governorship election.
During a stakeholder meeting organized on Thursday, Amadi, the 30-year-old federal lawmaker, commended Uzodimma for his achievements in infrastructure, employment, consistent salary payments, and advancements in education, health, and agriculture.
Highlighting Uzodimma’s expertise and capability, Amadi praised the governor’s efforts in combating insecurity and promoting democracy in the state. As a token of support, Amadi donated 14 vehicles to coordinators across the federal constituency to boost Uzodimma’s reelection campaign. He also incentivized electoral wards by promising a Zonal Intervention Project worth over N100m for the ward that garners the most votes for the All Progressives Congress.

To express gratitude to the wards that previously supported him, Amadi presented brand-new motorcycles to each that granted him the highest votes in the last National Assembly election. Additionally, two Sienna vehicles were rewarded to the wards from local governments with the most votes.
Chinyere Ekomaru, Uzodimma’s deputy governorship candidate, lauded Amadi for swiftly fulfilling his promises and urged the federal constituency residents to support the APC in the upcoming election, emphasizing the potential of the governor’s second term.
