- Enugu state government starts sealing shops observing the sit-at-home order on the state.
- This is coming after the governor, Peter Mbah had warned businesses to open up or risk being sealed.
A report have revealed that the government of Enugu state have started sealing up shops of those observing the declared sit-at-home order.
The governor had last week warned that measures will be taken against the sit-at-home order. He said businesses should open for business or risk being sealed up.
The Secretary to the government, Chidiebere Onyia, who led the team from the Enugu State Capital Territory Development Authority, said the exercise was necessary to stand behind those who complied with the directive of the government.
