Peter Mbah, the governor of Enugu state have paid a courtesy visit to the enugu born new Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla.
Revealing this on his twitter handle, Mbah expressed how proud he is of Ogalla, being the first service chief from Enugu state since 1999.
It was with great pride that I paid a courtesy visit to the Enugu State-born Chief of the Naval Staff, the first Service Chief from our state since the current democratic era, Rear Admiral IE Ogalla at Naval Headquarters, Abuja, on Tuesday.
