The governor of enugu state has reported via his Twitter account that he met with the delegation of the world bank during the weekend.
He said the meeting was to brief him on the achievements of the World bank’s Agro-Processing, Productivity, Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project.
The Delegation Was Led By Alhaji Mohammed Sani
He said “Over the weekend, I received a delegation from the World Bank at Government House, Enugu, led by Alhaji Mohammed Sani, National Project Coordinator, Agro-Processing, Productivity, Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project.”

“They were at the Government House to intimate me and my team on the achievements of the project, whose present phase will soon come to an end in the state.” he added.
Our Farmers Were Trained By The Project – Mbah
He revealed that “The project has also trained our farmers on various foodchain production in the state.”
While also saying he’d wok closely with the World Bank to keep a collaborative interest in training the youths, women, farmers, and others.
In his words, he said “My government has assured the World Bank of our interest to effectively collaborate with them to train our youths, women, farmers, and diversify our state economy across various spectrums. We shall also be relying on their technical support as we partner with them.”
